How satisfied are you with this response? Hello, There is no known issue with WinDriver that requires uninstalling and then re-installing it. The USB driver provided by the operating system is loaded automatically in this case. Note Firmware version 3 and later uses a HID interface for communication.
As for your questions, this is only an issue with this particular device. Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will reinstall all USB controllers automatically. Also, thank you for the additional detail regarding Jungo Connectivity so that I better understand the situation.

I will contact Atmel Tech support but in the interim, I was able to successfully get this hardware working on my laptop this morning.

Ian Bakshan Replied on February 24, Since inegnico are no known Windows issues, I will assume that I made an error during the initial installation process and somehow modified something I shouldn’t have. I would like to ingeniico some information about the issue so that we could help you better.
